Aaron Olson |

Aaron R. Olson has served as the director of vocal music at Waconia High School in Waconia, MN since the Fall of 1998. Aaron directs three curricular concert ensembles as well as Applied Voice and a Music Appreciation and Music Theory class during the school day. He also directs the Select Chamber Choir and Power Company, Waconia High School’s “High Voltage” Show Choir which are offered as co-curricular ensembles. Prior to teaching in Waconia, he taught middle and elementary schools in Superior, Wisconsin for seven years. Aaron is a member of MMEA, and ACDA where he has served as the state Repertoire and Standards chair for show choirs. Aaron has been a judge and clinician at several competitions and festivals in Minnesota and Iowa and was honored to serve as a Tenor section coach for the Minnesota All State Mixed Choir. He is also serving as interim director of the Faith Choir at Faith Lutheran Church in Waconia. Originally from Bloomington, MN, Aaron R. Olson received his Bachelor of Music Education degree in 1991 from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire And his Masters Degree in Music Education at the University of Minnesota 2002. |

Damon Brown |

Damon Brown is the founder of Stagevisions Choreography of Carmel, Indiana. Since 1983, Damon has worked from coast-to-coast and into Canada with more than 65,000 college, high school and professional students. In addition to Waconia, Damon currently works with 22 other schools nationally that include, Urbandale, Cedar Rapids Kennedy, Burbank, Franklin Central and Ball State University. Over the past 21 years, groups under Damon's choreographic direction have won more than 130 Grand Championships and captured over 150 Best Choreography Awards at competitions throughout the United States. Two of Damon's groups have been selected to host Disney World's Showstoppers National Competition in the last three years. Damon is co-founder of the Butler University Show Choir Camp, starting this June in Indianapolis, and is a sought-after adjudicator who's worked as a clinician with FAME Festivals and Branson's Music City Center. As a performer, Damon toured with the Jazz Abroad All-American Chorus and spent a summer performing with Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sandusky, Ohio. He currently is a team vocalist with Northview Christian Life. Damon is a graduate of Ball State University, an avid runner and Indianapolis Colts fan, and a member of Promise Keepers Christian Fellowship. The greatest accomplishments of his life, however, are his marriage to Tina, and his beautiful daughters Morgan and Madeline. |

Susan Snorek |

Susan Snorek is currently an elemenary music speicalist in Waconia, MN. This is her Fifth year in Waconia where she teaches Kindergarten through Fourth grade genreal music classes at both of District 110's elementary schools. Sue currently maintains a private instrumental and piano sutdio where she holds between 15 and 20 students per year and currently works with both the Alexndria, MN and Willmar, MN marching band programs as Head Colorguard Instructor. Also, Sue was recently added to the Tri-State Judging Association's list of Marching Band Judges. While attending college Sue was involved in Concert Choir, Concert Band and The Jazz Ensembles and held top offices in two of the three groups. She has traveled and performed both vocally and instrumentally throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe. She has played in Jazz Festivals in France, Switzerland and The Netherlands. Sue has also played with such artists as Ingrid Jensen, Bruce Paulson, Chris Vadala and Allen Vizzutti. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Vocal Music Performance and K-12 General and Vocal Music Education from the University of Minnesota, Morris in 2002. |
